
Tenancy Incentive
A public announcement for both current and intending tenants.
The management of Fadace Investment Limited FIL wish to express its most profound gratitude to you for your tenancy and cooperation over the past one year. And wish to welcome in advance our future tenants.
As another tenement year is about to begin, management has decided to create opportunities for you to earn some incentives vis-à-vis the renewal of your tenancy agreement for the upcoming year.
1. Any current tenant who renews his/her rent will get a 5% discount on the rent payable for the new year. To be eligible you must renew on or before your current rent expires and have no outstanding bill (PHCN bill in particular).
2. Any current tenant who refers someone to our property, and this referred person becomes a tenant, that is, takes up residence in the building upon completion of necessary background checks and documentation, and payment of the rent as specified in the tenancy agreement; the current tenant who made the referral gets a 5% discount on his/her rent. To be eligible the current tenant who is referring someone must not be owing rent at the time of the referral and have no outstanding bill (PHCN bill in particular).
In effect, a current tenant who renews gets 5% discount for renewal, and another 5% discount for any retained referral. You get both discounts if you renew and refer someone who stays provided that you have no outstanding bill (PHCN bill in particular).
